At Couples Court, we take your privacy seriously. Our app is designed to provide entertaining verdicts on relationship arguments while ensuring your data remains private and secure. We believe that your relationship drama should stay between you and the Judge.
Screenshots: When you upload a screenshot, it is processed in real-time by Google's Gemini AI. After analysis is complete, the image is immediately deleted. We never store your screenshots on our servers or use them for any secondary purposes.
Personal Information: We do not sell your personal data. We only collect the minimum amount of information required for app functionality, subscription management, and to improve the accuracy of our AI verdicts.
We use advanced neural models (Gemini AI) to analyze the text and context within your screenshots. This analysis is performed over a secure, encrypted connection. Your data is not used to train global AI models or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We respect your right to control your data. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data through the following methods:
In-App Deletion: Go to the Settings or Subscription Management screen within the app and select "Delete Account". This will immediately delete your user profile, authentication record, and any synced data from our servers.
Manual Request: If you have uninstalled the app and wish to have your data deleted, please email us at ethen121@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days.
What is Deleted: Combined with your account deletion, we remove your email address, profile information, and any stored verdicts associated with your account ID.
